            • The home should be emptied; small items of little value should be removed (e.g., toothbrushes, toilet paper).<\/span><\/li>
            • Keys must be available at the agreed time.<\/span><\/li>
            • Any existing damage is documented; minor damage hidden by furniture or dirt may be noticed after cleaning.<\/span><\/li>
            • Damaged windows, cracks, painted surfaces, etc., are not repaired; glazed balconies only upon request.<\/span><\/li>
            • Refrigerators and freezers must be prepared (defrosted) for cleaning; appliances are moved only if the floor allows.<\/span><\/li>
            • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the minimum price applies.<\/span><\/li>
            • All prices are after the RUT deduction.
