- Clean tiles above the sink and wipe down cabinet doors inside and out.
- Clean the exterior of appliances, including coffee makers, toasters, kettles, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher (interior and exterior where possible).
- Clean kitchen fan and fan filter (not carbon filter).
- Wipe and polish sinks, taps, stoppers, and strainers.
- Clean tops of cabinets, shelves, and bases under cabinets if accessible.
- Wipe kitchenware (coffee machine, shakers, oils, etc.).
- Load dishes into the dishwasher if desired.
- Empty trash bins and wipe bins and surrounding areas.
- Vacuum and mop the floor, including under rugs where possible.
- Wipe all open surfaces, tables, benches, and electrical outlets.
Living Area
- Vacuum and mop all surfaces and floors.
- Vacuum sofas and armchairs thoroughly, including under cushions.
- Dust skirting boards, baseboards, shelves, lamps, and picture frames.
- Roll up rugs and clean underneath where possible.
- Wipe doors, door frames, and window sills.
- Polish mirrors.
Bedrooms & Other Spaces
- Vacuum and mop floors and all surfaces, including tables, shelves, and benches.
- Dust skirting boards, baseboards, lamps, tops of wardrobes, and accessible heating elements.
- Vacuum sofas and armchairs thoroughly, including under cushions.
- Roll up rugs and clean underneath where possible.
- Wipe doors, door frames, and window sills.

- Clean tiles, walls, and floors around sinks, shower, bathtub, and toilet.
- Clean toilet, shower stall, and bathtub (customer removes bathtub front if needed).
- Polish faucets, taps, pipes, and shower nozzles.
- Degrease and descale walls and joints in shower areas where possible.
- Clean floor drains.
- Clean exterior of cabinets and bathroom appliances.
- Clean washing machine detergent holder and tumble dryer filter.
- Wipe soap bottles and small accessories.
