That’s why we offer professional move-out cleaning in Stockholm at a fixed price of 40 SEK per square meter (minimum price 1,950 SEK) plus a 95 SEK material fee, all after the RUT deduction.

Living rooms and other spaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning wardrobes inside and out (if emptied)
- Wiping baseboards, sockets, doors, door frames, window sills, radiators, and other accessible painted surfaces
- Window cleaning
- Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces
Kitchen
- Cleaning refrigerator, freezer (must be defrosted), oven, including oven trays, inside and out
- Cleaning the dishwasher inside (if requested) and outside
- Wipe and dry cabinets, drawers, and benches (inside if emptied, including cutlery drawers)
- Wiping kitchen hood and valves (outside only)
- Wiping lighting fixtures
- Cleaning under appliances only if they are moved by the customer
Bathroom & Toilet
- Cleaning all sanitary ware, including under the bathtub (bathtub front must be removed and replaced by customer)
- Cleaning tiled walls and floors
- Cleaning washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet (external, interior if ordered additionally)
- Cleaning floor drains and accessible valves
- Cleaning storage areas
- Wiping lighting
Additional / Optional Services
- Cleaning of balconies, storage rooms, laundry rooms, or garages upon request
- Interior cleaning of appliances upon request
- Window cleaning included if accessible via a simple ladder
Important Notes / Customer Responsibilities
- The home should be emptied; small items of little value should be removed (e.g., toothbrushes, toilet paper).
- Keys must be available at the agreed time.
- Any existing damage is documented; minor damage hidden by furniture or dirt may be noticed after cleaning.
- Damaged windows, cracks, painted surfaces, etc., are not repaired; glazed balconies only upon request.
- Refrigerators and freezers must be prepared (defrosted) for cleaning; appliances are moved only if the floor allows.
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the minimum price applies.
- All prices are after the RUT deduction. If the deduction is fully used, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.
